LinkitVPN provides account deletion in the app. You can delete your LinkitVPN account from within the LinkitVPN app.
Sign in to the LinkitVPN app, open the menu or settings area, select the account deletion option, review the notice, and confirm deletion. For account security, deletion applies only to the account that is currently signed in.
Both Android and iOS versions provide an in-app account deletion entry, including released versions, versions being released, and internal testing versions. This page explains the deletion method and support path and does not replace the in-app account deletion function.
Once deletion is completed, your LinkitVPN user account will be physically deleted and you will no longer be able to use LinkitVPN normally. LinkitVPN does not provide account recovery after deletion. The original account cannot be restored after deletion is completed.
In accordance with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws, when personal information is no longer necessary for the specified purposes of use, LinkitVPN will delete, anonymize, or otherwise appropriately process it within a reasonably necessary scope. However, to the extent necessary to comply with legal obligations, confirm transactions, process payments and refunds, provide customer support, handle disputes, maintain security, prevent unauthorized use, and satisfy tax, accounting, audit, or compliance requirements, certain order, payment, support, security, and compliance records may be retained for the necessary period. Physical account deletion does not mean that all historical business records are immediately and synchronously deleted from every system.
If you cannot sign in to the app or cannot access the in-app account deletion entry, contact support at [email protected] for assistance. To protect account security, we may need to verify your identity before processing a request.
If Google Play or Apple App Store subscriptions are offered in the future, deleting your LinkitVPN account does not automatically cancel an app store subscription. Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately in Google Play. Apple App Store subscriptions must be canceled separately in Apple account subscription management.
